Mansoor Hussain

Founder & Lead Engineer · Neptunes Tech Ltd

Mansoor founded Neptunes Tech after six years of building software for clients as a freelance engineer. He still writes code on every project, and is the person you talk to on the first call — not an account manager.

Practically, that means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. There is no account manager translating between you and a team you never meet, and no hand-off after the contract is signed.

How we got here

Two dates matter and they are different: when we started doing the work, and when the company was registered. Both are below.

  1. 2023

    Started trading

    Neptunes Tech began as freelance software delivery, building web and mobile products for clients through Fiverr and direct referrals.

  2. 2024

    Moved into AI automation

    As large language models became reliable enough to put in front of customers, the work shifted from building screens to building the automations and agents behind them.

  3. March 2025

    Incorporated as Neptunes Tech Ltd

    Registered in England & Wales under company number 16299393, so clients contract with a UK company rather than an individual.

  4. Today

    Level 2 seller, 160+ five-star reviews

    A 5.0 average rating across 160+ reviews on the linked Fiverr profile, over 6+ years of building software for clients.

What you can hold us to

A fixed quote before work starts

You get the number, the scope and the timeline in writing after a free call. If scope changes, we re-quote rather than silently billing more.

You own everything

Code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, domains in your name. If you bring in another team later, they inherit a documented project, not a hostage situation.

We say no to the wrong project

If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem for $30 a month, we will tell you. A bad-fit project costs us more in the long run than the fee is worth.
